This is incredibly late, but here it goes: The packet is actively read and routed by each unit it comes in to, meaning that it will never go anywhere except for the exact location it is meant to go. Also, you can send a packet to any device at any time, due to our buffer design, we can send a packet from two seperate locations to anywhere (and really, the number is arbitrary, it can be any number of packets up to the total possible number of devices on the network at any given time (21)) at the exact same time, and it wouldn’t come close to maxing out this systems potential.
