The Redstone Development Foundation
is a large group of individuals, who all share a common interest in Redstone devices of all size and function.
from unique ways of concealing an entrance, all the way up to full-scale computers running entirely inside Minecraft; we welcome our members creativity and ingenuity in constructing projects from all sizes. We try to encourage a very strong, closely-knit sense of community despite the enormous size of our membership, and this can be felt by spending just a short time on our forums.
What have we made?

nt page of the Minecraft forums! but do not think that you require a PhD in electronics in order to join in with these larger projects; the more experienced members will always be looking for help with their projects; and this collaboration is another great part of the RDF
what do i get out of it?
RDF members get to be part of a great community where they can share and learn about all things redstone. on the RDF build server approved members are given a hug plot and are free to build whatever they wish on their plot; simple components up to large, collaborative projects!

But i don’t know anything about redstone!
that doesn’t matter! we have a school system set up, as well as an apprentice system to allow those with knowledge of the basics to learn 1-on-1 with more experienced members. You can learn more about the school system on our forums
but i don’t ONLY want to do redstone!
never fear: we have a survival server as well; allowing members to play some good-old minecraft when they have had their fill of redstone
who owns my invention?
this has been asked a few times: it is immensely important to us that whatever a player makes remains theirs. each player get a huge plot to themselves: and they can safely leave there devices there for others to see; or if they wish they can save creations to our dropbox account and download it
